Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase because we like happy customers, but if you are unhappy in anyway with the item(s), we will exchange them or provide a full refund, provided they are returned in a resale condition within 7 days of receipt. Please return the item(s) in their original packaging and we also suggest that you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us. We are sorry that as postage and packaging are direct costs they cannot be refunded.
Any personalised items cannot be returned unless the fault in the item is due to scoopie.
Trades Description Act
We try hard to describe everything we make as accurately as possible, but as each piece is handmade to order, sometimes size, colour, design and materials may vary from those illustrated. This is what makes every piece completely unique.
