Ordering
Typically scoopie do not hold any stock as we specialise in making everything to our customer’s individual requirements. We are happy to reproduce any of the designs that we have previously made (as shown on the products pages) but we particularly love working with children and parents to create new designs just for you.
If you would like to order anything from scoopie, please contact us and try to include as much information as possible about your requirements. We are happy to answer any questions you might have before you place your order.
Once you have placed an order with us we will send you an email to confirm our interpretation of your requirements, along with delivery times, price and payment details - we want to be sure that we have understood exactly what you want before we make it. Please let us know within 2 days of receipt of this email confirmation if there are any errors in the order.
Once your order is ready for dispatch we will contact you by email or telephone.
